Purple Sweet Potatoes! They are excellent for health (all sweet potatoes are) and fat loss. They also have powerful phytonutrient properties that is significant. They also have a low glycemic response-meaning a slow release of sugar, lower insulin, thanks to the anthocyanins.
@bodyfastapp I fast to be healthy. 18 hrs, dinner at 6 pm and breakfast the next day at 12 pm. I do it daily, should I reduce the number of days and time. Thank you.

When you constantly feed kids sugar, flour, seed oils and dye in the form of breakfast food or “kids menu”, you are punishing them and putting them on the path of metabolic diseases. We’ve all been there but our parents didn’t know better. You know better! Break the cycle.
Even when clients know they’re stressed out, they rarely think: “You know what I really need? More relaxation. Better coping strategies. A therapist.” But stress has health impacts whether you (or your clients) see it or not. Comment “YES” if you agree.
