Opvallend tijdens #AOIMVO: de Minister wil convenanten evaluatie afwachten voordat aanvullende, maatregelen worden overwogen, maar is al bezig met convenanten aanpak op te schalen op EU niveau, zonder bewezen effectiviteit.
