Where are the parents of these 'students'? If my kid was doing this, they would no longer be receiving any financial support from me. They would be given one month to get a job, move out and figure out how they can complete their education and be an 'activist' on their own dime.

@CdnAdvocacy thank you. This is exactly what I’ve been dealing with here in BC Regards to a family members case. This goes back even further to 1995. The systematic abuses regarding legislation that persisted. This is the rules of common law new evidence don’t apply, which have no time limit.
